Road trip through the UK

We choose a Porsche Cayenne to drive the whole trip through the UK. It is a girly looking car and it is nice. We did not had any problems on the trip with this car. This car have a nice look..

We did this route. The trip took 10 hours but we traveled in five days.

 FRIDAY:

We started the trip in London, and we slept on Hotel 41. It is a luxury hotel in first class. 

SATURDAY:

We went shopping in Oxford Street.We visited Victoria Secret, Topshop and Primark. Then Carina and I went hungry so we ate pizza at a cafe. We also ate dinner at a Hard rock cafe. This is a pic of the Hard Rock cafe.

SUNDAY:

We woke up and got ready to go to Bristol. We ate breakfast at the hotel and drove to Bristol. We discovered the city and took many pictures

Later at the day we drove to Birmingham and slept at Britannia Hotel Birmingham. We ate dinner at the hotel. The dinner was burger or pizza.

MONDAY:

We stood up, groomed us and went to breakfast. The breakfast was egg and bacon. This day we played golf at West Hills. It was really fun to play golf and I won over Carina. I bought Carina lunch because she lost. After the playing we drove all the way to Edinburgh. I drove the car because Carina still was angry at me. We drove all the night and we only got 3 hours sleeping.

TUESDAY: 

Since we got so little sleep we didn't want to  walk so much. We took pictures and went to a souvenir shop. I bought a key-chain with a picture of Edinburgh on. We also went to Victoria Secret to buy some girly stuff.

Carina and I were very tired so we had to go to the hotel and relax a bit. Later we went to the local Starbucks to get some coffee and a biscuit.

We went to bed at 23.00 PM. The hotel we slept at was Appex International Hotel. 

WEDNESDAY: 

We woke up and went to the theater. We watched "Wicked". It was a scary, funny and good theater. We ate at Wayne s coffee. I ordered a sandwich and a cacao. Then we drive to Aberdeen, this time Carina drove the car. When we came to Aberdeen we walked around in the city. We took some pics and went to our hotel.  We slept at Hilton Garden Inn Aberdeen City Centre. 

TUESDAY: 

This day was our last day at the trip. We chilled at the hotel room and ate breakfast. Carina and I went to a cinema to watch "Annabelle" It is a scary movie. After the cinema we ate lunch at Starbucks. We went to a boat trip and drived a tour around in the sea. Carina and I enjoyed the tour.

Later we ate dinner at Hard Rock cafe. We packed our bags and chilled at the hotel room. 

Carina and I enjoyed the  trip.

The letter in the shoebox

Dear Nanzeen

 My sister, I hope you are good and having a good life with your husband. I have founded true love and I am happy with him. We live in India now. We have problems to find food some days. I don't have so much money. I want a job, but here in India it`s not so many jobs right now. I want you to move in here in my house. I feel so much alone and it will be so much better with you in here. I pray every day in hope that you one day will move in to my house.

You left me behind for this wedding. This man is so much older than you, Nanzeen! It makes me feel bad...

I dream about you and me walk together in the street. Holding hands, eating dinner that you have made (since you like to make dinner) and watching movies together, laughing and having fun. I hope that you take contact to me so we could deal a meeting with each other.

I really love you my dear sister. Take care of yourself and I hope to see you soon. I promise to write you more often.

The Anglo-Saxons

When?
The Anglo-Saxons came in the fifth and sixth centuries.

How?
They settled in England and gave it its name  Engla land. During the time of the Anglo-Saxons there were several kingdoms in England.

Why? The Anglo-Saxons speaked old English and on that way they got connected to England.

How?
The Scandinavian invaders started to come to Britain, they came in large numbers and settled mainly in different areas.

After William the Conqueror defeated Harold Godwinson at the battle of Hastings in 1066.

How?

After that English underwent enormous changes. Old English broke down and Middle English became quite similar to the English we see today.
