Alan Turing

1. Give a description of Alan Turing. What were his weaknesses and what was his strength

Alan was gay. And in 1952 it was homosexuality still punishable in the United Kingdom. Turing got accused on the homosexuality law. He got to accept the treatment with estrogen. Alan died of poisoning in 1954, and that was 16 days before he would be 42 y/o.

Alan was a intelligent and a smart person. He got friends after a time because he found out that he needed them. He could think in a act in a special way. He was a genius. But I think he was a way to much in to this machine.

In this five-paragraph essay, I am going to discuss a topic that are much talked about in media. Small kids have Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and social media like that. They spending most of their time on social media. When I was a small kid, I played with my friends outside and I had not all of these social medias. My goal for this essay is to get the reader thinking about this topic.

When I was young, I have not heard about stress, insomnia or digital addiction. When kids use their time on their phones and on social media they sit day out and day in playing games they can get a digital addiction. To get a digital addiction in a so young age is not good. They can struggle with it the rest of their life.

On the other hand, technology is developing and expanding. It is a big part of our life. It can help us to communicate to other persons. You can send a snap to a person to the other side of the world. People may know a whole more lot about you than you know. You are not aware of how many people that actually see something you publish on the internet. Young kids should certainly be cautious.

However, these kids is not like the kids was when I was a little kid. When you are a small kid, you are going to play outside with other friends. Finally, I want to say that it is a life outside of the internet and go enjoy the real life. Don’t forget to be a kid when you can!

The conclusion of this essay is that it is most negative sites to start with social media in a young age than it is to start later. It can make your life easier and so much fun.
